Im from the US living 13 years now in Europe. Both ways are sad, and both sides of the pond have their tradeoffs.
where do you live? These services are MUCH MORE expensive where I live than in the US.
unfortunately we have plenty of them in Europe too - they just dress better here.
Dumbest political ads and cable news, NEEDing to drive instead of choosing to, tipping culture, really shitty concrete sprawl architecture, not enough vacation days, unreliable healthcare budgeting.
Switzerland definitely efficient

Just depends on what you want. Have you considered Switzerland for career stuff instead of USA ?
