I’ve noticed that Japanese women have high pitched voices, Dutch women have low pitched voices, even a bit coarse, and Spanish men have high pitched voices.

Of course this is a generalization, not everyone speaks this way, but enough people as to notice a pattern.

Just gotta note that it’s actually good that your town is charging for parking, now that car traffic has exploded.
