I worked with this group of people - and compared to the Germans, Dutch and Belgians in the office, they were not quiet at all.

A friend of mine is a touring musician and he said people in Canada are also much more quiet than people in the US. Within the US, he says it also gets louder the more south you go. I found this very interesting considering that (most) people speak the same language and share the same culture.

The company I work for has one regarding women in senior leadership positions. We are traditionally male dominated and since our business is very international, diversity of ethnicity has never been an issue - we just don’t have enough female leaders. There are targets in hiring, promotions and the percentage of female leaders. I work in the Netherlands.
