Hello,

Looking for LGBTQ friendly countries that have decent left leaning people, good food, fun scene, nature, entertainment, quality of life. My wife (35F) & I (33F) are looking for recommendations. We have a sizeable nest egg, enough to move to almost anywhere & nice passive income. We would prefer to get a golden visa or something similar to get PR in that country but would need to keep our USC. We don’t need to work and our passive income will be coming in from the US. We will also keep our US residencies and go back annually. We are of eastern asian decent speak a few languages each. Not looking to work at other countries and can pay for healthcare in new country. We could also purchase in this new place so finding housing would be easier. We do travel a lot and would prefer a country we don’t have to be there most of the year. We like western countries or first world countries but are open to others. Thank you in advance.

Most straight people would never think of it bc it will never impact them. They have never and will never understand. We would love to travel and not worry about such things but it’s not how the world is for us. Even in very progressive places we’ve encountered discrimination & hate. We love the US and are expats a few times over but the rhetoric growing here is alarming. We would want an exit plan if shit hits the fan. We already bi coastal live in LA & NY.

I know. I’m from NYC and have had friends going back to the 89s when things were really tough. I saw went they went through. Still shouldn’t be happening. I’m sorry.
