As someone with a corn allergy…I can say it is WILDLY hard to buy any food or food products in the US
Whoa. I never considered that as an allergy. This is awful and I am sorry for you, really.
Haha thanks. It’s not a super common allergy (about 1% of food allergies), but it’s a real pain—especially since corn hides in a lot of ingredients like dextrose, maltodextrin, citric acid, etc.
