Gonna vanish somewhere for a while. Looking for a fun city in Spain, Italy or Greece primarily. Can be a smaller place too if the vibe is good, but not looking for party-islands, as I still prefer an actual city with real people.
I’m in my early 30s, male. I’ve never prioritized fun in my travels before.
Definitely not Italy (I’m Italian) and based on my experience not in any of the countries you mentioned. Contrary to popular stereotypes, most of the people from these countries aren’t really friendly and open to meet foreigners. The culture is based on small social circles that date back to high school if not before. There isn’t much intermingling between groups…usually you get to know other women because you get introduced to them by a common friend. So, if you’re looking to party to meet women you’re out of luck there.
Also people are very “morti di figa” meaning they’re so desperate for women’s attention that they don’t want more male competition inside their groups which complicate matters even more for somebody who is an outsider.
If you’re very good looking you can try online dating, otherwise it’s a big pass.
