I don’t see many nice hotels for under $30 a night can you name 1 for reference please

I can agree most places have doubled in price on Airbnb, I even contacted come host that I stayed with a few months ago for $27/night now they are listing for $68/night. It’s better to rent here which I’m considering but all the units pretty much look the same with that weird glass sliding door
