Being in the USA, hearing heath care costs in other countries is just surreal. I’d be very happy paying 10 times that much.

There is a simple answer. Asian countries other than Japan didn’t develop until the past few decades, so their infrastructure is newer.

Is this measured in HCOL cities because you certainly don’t need to make $55K to live in most areas of the USA.
