Thats funny because as an American thats how I feel in Europe. Ive lived in 4 major cities and have always watched by back and stressed paying bills. I feel like I’m surviving not living.

Thats funny, my husband is French and I cant wait to move there. I’ve lived in LA NY Philly and Miami. We own our home and are taxed at a high rate and see very little for it in return. I think maybe move to another area in France it may just be Paris specifically (which I’ve heard from others) has a elitist vibe that even other French cant stand. I for sure would not come back if I were in your position.
