There’s a specific Dutch exception. However having both can be considered dual responsibilities also.
I don’t believe the responsibilities are that different which is why there is an agreement concerning passports for Dutch people.
I don’t quite know which agreement it is, but he won’t need to surrender his Dutch paspoort.
You do know they are volcanoes right?
Nothing against those wishing to got here for a couple years etc… but getting to choose your international living situation you’d think a 5% chance for 100% destruction would make other places seem better.
And yes 1 in 20 lifetimes is being very positive as most of the major volcanoes in Tenerife have 10-150 year eruption cycles. (1-2 lifetimes)
