Honest question: what is the deal with sanitary towels in the US? They seem to be really big and really thick - I’ve tried Kotex, Always… they’re like nappies/diapers. And they don’t stick!

Can anyone recommend a brand that is more like what we would get in the UK? Slimline and where the wings actually stick please?

Be very careful with Always, they make several different types of pads, in a variety of sizes, thicknesses, and stickyness levels. The thinniest/stickiest I would say are the Flexfoam ones: https://www.amazon.com/Always-Infinity-Wings-Heavy-Count/dp/B00J7L59K4/ref=sr\_1\_12?keywords=Always&qid=1701331575&sr=8-12Be careful, some of the flexfoam ones have scents, that can cause skin irritation.

The next level in terms of thickness are the Ultra Thins, and the thickest are the Regulars which might as well be diapers. All of them come in several different sizes, from size 5 “extra heavy overnight,” to size 1 “regular flow.”

Kotex and Stayfree are similar in their variety of pads.

Also anyone know of places in the US where I can Lil-Lets Ultra Tampons? The tampons in the UK/Europe can legally have a higher absorbancy than the ones in North America…
