I might be getting a job in Australia, the job landed on my lap as my flat mate put my name in and told me to give my CV since she knew I wanted to live in Australia at some point in my life. The job wants to offer me to pay I currently get right now in NZ but of course this is in AUD + super. Business will not pay for relocation costs and will expect me to move early February and it’s located in northern Sydney. My partner of 4 years said he cannot move right now because of where he is at in his career and said he would move in the next few years. I don’t know what to do!!

Can I get some opinions?

You can always take the job, get Australian experience and try out a long distance relationship, NZ is only 4 hours away. If the job doesn’t work out or long distance is too hard, you can reassess, but at least you know you gave it your best shot.

I’d go for it but I’ve done 1 year long distance and it made my relationship stronger, but everyone is different.
