I’m starting my application for my first E3 visa right now, I’d love to hear any tips or advice you have!!

My Current situation: I am currently employed by a company in New York. I’ve been working there for the past year on a J1 visa and am now in Australia just working remotely since the visa has ended. I work in social media management + content production for social media. I’m 23 years old and I have around 3 years of experience in the same/similar role. I also have a bachelor’s majoring in digital marketing and fashion. My work is more than happy to sponsor me but It’s kind of overwhelming in the beginning to get started!

I would love to hear other people’s experience with applying, did you get a lawyer or not? How did you find the experience of doing it alone or with one?

Where do I start to look for a lawyer?

What do they help you with in the application?

If you did get a lawyer, how much did it cost you to get a lawyer? Approx. price cause I know it’ll be range

How complicated is it without a lawyer? Any tips for this part?

And also why do you need a lawyer? Cause I’ve been reading up online about what needs to be in the application and it kinda of sounds straight forward?
